Gifted Hands offers a variety of healthy services through massage and Bodywork therapy for different situations. We are now offering 30 minute complimentary consultations and posture analysis to everyone that is interested in knowing what services are beneficial to them and any findings of soft tissue issues. This service involves; receiving advice on best possible sleep positions, sitting postures, your Gate, what massage best fits your individual needs and more.

Sweet Serenity Massage
90 minutes- $150
Get ready to be rejuvenated, revitalized and/or refreshed with this service. Our sweet serenity massage session is a basic massage and feels the way it sounds, Zen. This session will ease your daily or even your weekly stress away using relaxing techniques. You won't regret receiving a possible full body massage or selected stressed area(s), with your desired pressure (Swedish, medium or firm) levels to choose from. You'll receive either a 50 minute or 80 minute session with long, smooth strokes to make you feel your best.
You may add a service to our Basic massage from the list of Specialty flavors.
*Please make your therapist aware of any areas you want her to avoid as well as pressure levels used throughout your sessions.
Peppermint Scalp massage
Indulge yourself with a yummy 30 minute peppermint scalp massage. This service gives you a neck, scalp and temple
massage that will stimulate the scalp, grow the hair, and relax the whole body all at once. Our famous doTerra Peppermint
oil is used to activate the stimulation process of the scalp. Another great benefit of using this oil is that it alleviates
headaches. Give your scalp what it really deserves.
Signature Massage
Gifted Hands signature massage service features a fully body hands-on 90 minute session with high end techniques to pamper your whole mind, body and spirit. This experience is very relaxing, much needed and provides a treatment all with the use of lotion, hot towels, warm stones, aromatherapy and an excellent foot massage. Rest assured, you'll receive tolerable pressure levels for your comfort. You don't want to miss out on this experience as you greatly deserve it.

Mother-To-Be Massage
90 minutes-$135
Here is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women (mothers to be). Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout each trimester. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.
*Please be aware... there are endangerment sites that will be avoided throughout your session. These areas are as follows; Lower back and sacrum, wrists, ankles and front portion of the neck.The precaution is made for you and baby's protection. Also no essential oils can be used during the session. One last restriction, you cannot receive more than 80 mins of massage time
Therapeutic Deep Tissue/Sports Massage
80 minutes-$175
Therapeutic Deep tissue massage Is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue/muscles of the body. A combination of techniques are used in a thorough and consistent manner. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, you're required to communicate during the session as it's crucial and highly recommended to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable nor bruised. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after this treatment so plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session and decreases the level of soreness you experience.
Sports massage is a little different and is focused towards the people that are in sports and live an active (workout) lifestyle. The techniques are more specific and include stretching. Most times the pressure level will be more firm but tolerable.
*Remember to please drink 2 bottles of water after each massage session to decrease soreness, flush toxin, heavy metals and More out of the body. If you forget to drink the water you will have higher chances of being heavily sore or maybe even feel ill.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a type of bodywork and technique that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet and hands. Unlike other foot/hand massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.
Also offered is Integrative Reflexology, which is an 80 minute session for $140. It entails 30 mins treatment of the feet and 50 mins. on the upper portion of the body. Keep in mind the information that the feet and hands display is not a diagnosis and is not meant to treat any illnesses.
**A regular reflexology session is 45 minutes and an Integrative session is 80 minutes with 30 minutes of foot work

Spice up your session with one of our upgrades. Gifted Hands has a few services that you may add onto any of your current sessions to give it a little flavor. We are certified and skilled in these areas. Below is a list of spices that you may add to a service. Sometimes it needs a little boost. We Focus on the overall health of others. Through bodywork services alongside regular massage therapy you can achieve better health, if you only believe. The best and most relevant results are incurred through the consistency of each of these services (received on a weekly or biweekly basis). The list below, can almost guarantee excellent results. Each of these is offered in package form and in increments of 50 minutes per session. You must purchase the package that's most fitting to your individual needs, paying up front and cannot be purchased as individual sessions.
