Intake forms and Liability/waiver forms

 As per the new Bill (197) of the Law, every client and patient must sign a waiver before each session to include the scheduled time of service. Also if it's your first appointment, you must complete our, "Getting to Know You" intake forms. If you are not cooperative with this law you will not be able to receive services. All forms and waivers are located here on our website or can be filled out in person.   

Booking & Cancellation Policies... Every booking will be prompted to put a credit/debit card on file. This card will only be charged if you cancel within 3-4 hours of your appointment (which would be 20% of your total fee) or after services are rendered for check out. Should you need assistance or have any further questions regarding this policy feel free to contact us.

 Refunds 

* Generally we DO NOT give refunds for any service, however if you prepay for a service it will the therapist discretion with refunding or rescheduling for a better fitting date

Denial or Discontinuation of session{s}

 *Not obeying all policies set by Gifted Hands' owner or enforced Florida laws, you will get denied services

 *The therapist will not tolerate rudeness, abuse nor disrespect at any time. This also applies to others in the provided work area/mobile locations

 *Being argumentative about fees or the clearing of any medical conditions/sickness from your system, could ruin your chances of receiving services or even get rebooked. All fees are set and will be higher for convenient travel to your location

*For sanitary purposes, if you do not shower before a massage session, have a cold etc. and Do NOT reschedule. The therapist will use discretion once again and may cancel you off the schedule 

Gift Certificates...

Currently, Gifted Hands does not offer gift certificates nor gift cards until further notice

Mobile Servicing Rules and Regulations...

* While Gifted Hands has the means to travel to your convenient location, we do so only if you are located in the following cities/counties; Palm Beach, Saint Lucie counties; Wellington, Loxahatchee, Singer Island, Stuart Etc. Please call to verify if your location is within our coverage area

* If you are looking for mobile service you must send a message to the therapist at the number provided on this website, stating that you are requesting mobile services

*Fees are higher for mobile services and will be charged based upon the distance of travel for convenience

* If the location you're requesting massage services in is not,  in a safe community/location etc., the massage session will be canceled right away, a cancel fee will be charged for the day and your session will automatically be rescheduled for a different day if you have another location deemed to be safe then the first or you may come into the office 

*Upon entering, each location (Residence, office, facility) it must be clean, have a clean scent, and has enough space for the therapist to move freely around the massage table/chair for performing the session

***No children or pets allowed On, Around nor Under the massage table/chair during setup and work hour(s)

*Disrespect will not be tolerated neither will a unfit work space/area. Your therapist will leave immediately and the full session/service amount is due before leaving

*If someone is ill in your home or office space, your session cannot take place there. You will be asked to reschedule. Please consider the health of your therapist, her family and the other clients/patients that are seen daily.

Misc. Information...

*It is important to understand that if you were issued a Groupon Voucher, you must follow all requirements of the massage business

I have a great therapist in place and ready to take over once I stop coming down South. Her name is Shanitra (954) 761-6030. She is willing to be mobile or you may go to her location.

Liabilities...We are not responsible or liable for any massage mishaps if you fail to communicate your full medical issues/conditions and histories as well as any medications currently taken on your intake forms or to your therapist. Signing the waiver is very important 

**We also are not liable for non communicated information for example allergies to anything to include: oils, lotions, fragrances Etc. being used throughout the session.

* Everyone is reminded to remove all jewelry and valuables. We are not responsible for repairing broken items
