Sweet Serenity Massage (Relaxation): 

Our Sweet Serenity Massage session will make your stress "Fly Far Away". If you're having a stressful day, week or month you are indeed in need of a full body muscle rub. Your body will love my smooth-stroke, non-therapeutic technique (no pain focus) that will relax and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.  Our silky scent free lotion has a nice glide to give you a comfortable feeling against your skin. Treat yourself to what you know you deserve, a nice massage with a foot rub and warm towels.

Pregnancy Massage

Mother-To-Be Massage (Prenatal massage): 

Expecting mothers are also deserving of a great massage. We use various special techniques for the expecting mother to boost relaxation for the mom and baby. This session provides support, comfort and more. Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout each trimester starting at 11 weeks. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight, postural imbalance, and improved breathing with relaxation. *Please be aware... there are endangerment sites that will be avoided throughout your session. These areas are as follows; Lower back at the sacrum, wrists, ankles and front portion of the neck. The precaution is made for you and baby's protection.  Essential oils cannot be used during the session due to smell sensitivities. One last restriction, you cannot receive more than 90 mins of massage time nor receive over medium-firm pressure used. If you have other questions feel free to contact your therapist. 

Reflexology

Reflexology: 45 mins $125

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.

Integrative Reflexology: 90 mins $175 

Stimulate different regions of your body with an integrative reflexology massage. This session starts with pressing various points of the feet and hands causing a positive effect of stimulation to the upper body.

A Healthy Foot Detox is a Detox of the body that involves the feet. We use natural products that are healthy and organic.  Which we don't recommend this service if you are allergic, but if not this service is perfect for you. The water changes color or has a certain indicator that let's us know what has detoxed from your body/system (we have a chart we follow as a guide for your results).

Recommendations are given on a individual basis as far as how often you should receive the Detox treatment and more.
